These terms apply to the Novas Agency website, project enquiries, website services, and internal CRM tooling used to manage outreach, follow-ups, and client service activity.

Use of our website

You may use this website to learn about Novas Agency, contact us, and request information about our services. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Services

Any website, SEO, Google Business Profile, quote form, review-system, or maintenance work is subject to the written scope, quote, or agreement accepted for that project. Timelines, deliverables, and fees are confirmed separately before paid work begins.

CRM and Gmail connection

Novas Outreach CRM is an internal operations tool used by Novas Agency. A Gmail account may be connected only by an authorised Novas user. Gmail access is used to create drafts, send approved emails, sync inbound replies, and maintain CRM records.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.

Intellectual property

The Novas Agency brand, website content, designs, text, and assets are owned by Novas Agency or used under appropriate licences. You must not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novas Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on information displayed here.
